WENDY FIELD CONSULTING is a real estate consulting firm based in Charlotte, NC. President, Wendy Field, specializes in multi-family development and has worked on notable projects throughout the Southeast including 140 West Franklin, 2400 Roswell Avenue, Tranquil Court, 400 North Church, Settlers Place and Park Avenue on the Trolley.

Wendy began her career at Nations Bank in the Corporate Real Estate division and was responsible for building out the space for the bank in Uptown Charlotte. She then moved into the Development arm of Corporate Real Estate and was on the team that developed the first two condominium projects in uptown Charlotte in the mid 1990s – 400 North Church and Chapel Watch.

Wendy is unique in that she offers the full array of development services covering every facet of a project from initial design development to sales. Her specialties include floor plan design, project budget development, unit size/count/pricing, finish selections, financing programs, coordination of Fannie Mae approval and legal documentation, HOA development, interior design, project management, sales and marketing.
